The ASP/ISC Team
The role of the Autism Spectrum Provision is to support Autistic pupils in a mainstream school. Places in the provision are allocated by the local Authority to pupils with an Education Health, and Care Plan, where the primary diagnosis is Autism. These pupils are supported in lessons by Teaching Assistants.
The ISC role is to enable pupils with Special Educational Needs to enjoy success in a mainstream setting. Pupils with a wide and growing range of special needs are supported in a variety of ways. One of these is the Green Pathway, which provides a small group situation with targeted adult support.
